French

The origin of the French language is mainly Latin. It was developed in the 6th century and today, it has more than 800 million native speakers. One can find French speakers in Europe and some parts of America. French is the official language in 29 countries. It is also an official language of all United Nations agencies and a large number of international organizations.

There are 16 vowels in French. Not all of them may be used in every dialect. Pronunciation is based strictly on the spelling of the word – however, there may be variations in the rules for different dialects. In writing, it adopts 26 letters of the basic Latin script.

At International Language Academy, we offer 5 Levels of French language course. Each level is carefully designed to cater to the learning needs of students – from novice to advanced speakers. It takes 20 hours of face-to-face teaching to complete each level, typically conducted over 10 weeks. Our teachers are native French speakers with extensive experience teaching the language to adult learners.

Basically, I enjoyed the 10 sessions of Basic conversational on French. It may not be applicable on me in the next few years or so, since I am not sure wherever my future holds. But, since the course outline is basic French class so it does make sense and does all what it is I need to know about the Beautiful Language. It made a memorable experience on me and an important ‘ cause it does not only focus on the language but learning the culture as well.

Well, I think there should more verbal work and homework.
